NTCCWS is a nurse-led organization, which provides mobile wellness outreach, increases access to preventive screenings, and delivers evidence-based health education programs targeting individuals at the highest risk for poor health outcomes. The mission of Nurse Touch Community Care and Wellness Services is to advance community and population health by providing accessible health education, preventive services, supportive community resources, and compassionate outreach.
