The Sickle Cell Foundation of Tennessee is the charitable, non-profit, 501(C) 3 organization was founded in 2008 by Trevor K. Thompson and Cherry Whitehead-Thompson. The Foundation operates for the benefit of individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease in the state of Tennessee and the Mid South community (Northern Mississippi and West Memphis Arkansas). Additionally, the foundation provides educational services to the community.
